Clarissa McKithen is a subject matter expert for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center. She supports technical assistance activities and product development within the Center. She’s served on multiple state teams within the Center (e.g., West Virginia, Kentucky) and provided expertise in the areas of teacher leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She’s also supported the development of learning modules for projects implementing Networked Improvement Communities. Additionally, Clarissa is an experienced qualitative researcher and conducts evaluation for programs at the federal, state, and district levels. Clarissa McKithen resides in Richmond, VA.
