Rachel Crowley is a research associate on the Region 5 Comprehensive Center (R5CC) team. She supports Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia in developing and implementing Networked Improvement Communities (NICs). With an emphasis on continuous improvement, team building, and knowledge management, Rachel enjoys helping state education agencies (SEAs) nurture a sustainable culture of growth and learning. Rachel lives in Silver Spring, Maryland and is avid reader and volleyball enthusiast.
