Monica Young, Ph.D., is the Region 5 Comprehensive Center’s (R5CC’s) co-lead for the state of Tennessee. In this role, Monica collaborates and communicates with team members from the Tennessee Department of Education to understand needs and designs projects to support capacity building. She provides content knowledge to projects related to accountability, educator effectiveness, educator preparation, and data management and use. Monica lives in the Adirondack Mountains and enjoys spending time in the crisp mountain air.
