About Juan D'Brot

Juan D’Brot, Ph.D., consults with multiple states and organizations as a subject matter expert, supporting the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of assessment, accountability, and evaluation systems. His background in measurement, research, evaluation, policy analysis, and strategic planning enables him to help states and educational entities solve intricate problems in assessment and accountability where policy, technical, and practical issues intersect. He also lends his expertise to the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), the Center for Measurement Justice, and the Joint Committee on Standards in Educational Evaluation (JCSEE). He currently lives in Norman, Oklahoma, with his growing family.
