About Jobi Lawrence

Jobi Lawrence, Ed.D., serves as a subject matter expert for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center (R5CC). In this role, she provides technical assistance and project support across a variety of initiatives for the states served by the R5CC. She brings a wealth of subject matter expertise to the R5CC work in the following areas: multilingual/bilingual education, literacy, special education, state education agency (SEA) policy work, federal grant implementation, and program evaluation. In her free time, she enjoys activities with her three adult sons and her two miniature Australian shepherds. Jobi lives in the Des Moines metro area in Iowa.
