Shauna Harps, Ph.D., is a state co-lead for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center (R5CC). In this role, she co-leads capacity-building technical assistance services for the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE). She conducts regular assessments of TDOE’s needs, works collaboratively with TDOE leaders to plan and implement technical assistance projects, and identifies and shares relevant resources and tools. Shauna is based in Rockville, Maryland.
