Christy Foley is an associate for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center (R5CC). In this role, she supports state co-leads with project reporting, implementation, and conducting research and policy scans for projects in Tennessee and Virginia. Christy has extensive experience providing technical support to data submitters and users. She lives in Ashburn, Virginia.
