Betsy is a state co-lead for the Region 5 Comprehensive Center (R5CC). She provides capacity-building technical assistance support to the Kentucky Department of Education. In this role, she supports the implementation of a Networked Improvement Community (NIC) with the Kentucky Online Learning Experience Collaborative (KyOLXC). As a co-lead, Betsy also provides technical assistance to support strategic planning; social-emotional learning; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. Betsy is an avid reader and gifted education advocate. She spends her weekends supporting her two children in their endeavors in track/cross country and volleyball. Betsy resides in Marion, Ohio.
